Angry Video Game Nerd (or just AVGN) is a human originating from Angry Video Game Nerd, and a contestant on Survivor: Reals vs. OCs, Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, and Survivor: Edenia. He also appears as a coach on Survivor: Destiny Isles. He placed 6th, 16th, and 3rd respectively.

One of the most foul-mouthed villains to ever grace the series. Angry Video Game Nerd was known for his major offense language, and somewhat good leadership in his first two seasons. He became even more villainous in his third season, sabotaging the Outworld tribe for revenge, and becoming a follower in his alliance, to the surprise of many.

• Angry Video Game Nerd turned down an offer to appear on Survivor: All-Stars, still bitter over his loss in Reals vs. OCs.
• Angry Video Game Nerd, along with Limberg and Sweet Tooth, were originally considered for returning players on Survivor: Virmire, but the concept was changed.
• Angry Video Game Nerd was originally cast for Survivor: Ultimates during it's early development, but did not make the cut due to format changing. He also was apart of the cancelled Veteran's Island twist.
• Angry Video Game Nerd was deemed the Most Popular Player of Survivor: Reals vs. OCs. He then moved onto the Top 22 in the contest.
